Final transnational meeting

 Final transnational meeting


There was a meeting among the partners working on this project. 


This meeting was the last one. 


The meeting was held in Bragança. Bragança is a city in Portugal.


The meeting was organized by the organization Santos Màrtires.

Santos Màrtires is in Bragança.


The meeting was on 12 and 13 July.


On the first day the partners visited the organization in Bragança.

After that they shared sessions about the seminars.

Each partner organized a seminar in its city about the project.

The first day of activities finished with the evaluation of the whole project.


On the second day all partners held a presentation.

In their presentation they talked about how they used the outcomes of the project and how they will use easy to read language in the future.


After that there was a short presentation about the project in general.


After the presentations the partners went to visit the Sé church.

During the visit they used easy to read language to get information.

After visiting the church, they visited the historic center of Bragança.


The next day everyone went back home.

Seminars about easy to read and understand language




Every partner of the AIM project has held a seminar to promote easy to read and
 understand language. 


During this seminar they promoted two books .   


One book is called: Basics of the use of computer and ICT. 

This book teaches how to use the computer and the internet. 

The book is written in easy to read language. 

The other book is called: Guidelines for trainers. 

This book teaches the trainers how to hold an easy to understand training about the use of computer and internet. 


The seminars were in June and July 2022. 


The seminars were held in Spain, Poland, Portugal, Lithuania, Estonia and Italy.

Easy to understand training on the basics of ICT

Easy to understand training on the basics of ICT


It was a training for the participants of the partner organizations of this project.


The training was in Tallinn.


Tallinn is the capital city of Estonia. 

Estonia is a country in the North-East of Europe.



The training was organized by the organization JUKUS.

The organization JUKUS is in Tallinn. 


The training was from 26 to 30 March 2022. 


At the training there were participants from Spain, Estonia, Italy, Lithuania, Poland and Portugal. 


The training was about how to teach the basics of the use of computer and internet in an easy way.
 

On the first day we played games to get to know each other. 


On day two we got a presentation about easy to read text. 


After the presentation we had free time. 

In our free time we went for a walk in the city. 

In the evening we all had dinner together. 


On the other days we studied about how to teach the basics of the use of computer and internet in an easy way.

We learned how to use the book Basics of the use of computer and ICT to teach to a class or to one person. 

Everything we learned was written in a book for educators.

There were also two online presentations. 

One presentation was from the Spanish organization. 

The other presentation was from the Italian organization. 


On the last day we visited the organization JUKUS. 

JUKUS organized this training. 

JUKUS is an organization for people with a disability. 

The people with a disability work at JUKUS. 

Many of them work as an artist. 



In the evening we all had dinner together.

The next day everyone went home.

Meeting among the partners

There was a meeting among the organizations who are working on this project.The meeting was held in Toledo.




Toledo is a city in Spain.






The meeting was organized by the school I.E.S. El Greco.
The school I.E.S. El Greco is in Toledo.





The meeting was on 22 and 23 October 2021.






During the meeting the representatives from the partner organizations, had some discussions.




They talked about what they do using the easy to read language in their organizations.




They shared their opinions on the book called Basics of the use of computer and ICT.

They created this book all together some months ago.

They shared their opinions on the online easy to understand training on the basics of ICT.

The online training was held in July.


They decided the general features of a book for educators.

They will write this book all together.


This book will help the educator to organize easy to understand courses on the basics of ICT.



Later the book will become an e-learning course.
An e-learning course is a course that you can attend on internet.

Online easy to understand training on the basics of ICT

 At the beginning of July we organized an international online easy to understand training on the basics of ICT.





The training lasted 6 days.





The participants to the training were 4 people with learning disability from the following Countries: Estonia, Italy, Poland and Portugal.




The participants were in their organization and were in an online conference with the other participants and trainers from the other Countries.




During the training they learned how to use:

Google chrome to look for information on internet,



Google maps to look for places and ways to the places,



Youtube to look for videos,



Pixlr X to edit photos,



Video Editor to edit videos,



Word to create text documents,



Gmail to send information and documents online.



The participants are happy of the training and they learned a lot. 



The trainers are happy as well.



The trainers have some new suggestions to make the trainings more easy to understand.
